Using AirevaHours

AirevaHours reads the times from your MDT screen and works out your overtime and subsistence so you can copy the figures onto your timesheet. By using the app you agree to these terms.

A calculator, not your timesheet

AirevaHours works out the figures. It does not file anything for you and it does not replace your paper timesheet. You still record your times the usual way. The figures are there to help you fill your sheet in correctly, and you are responsible for what you submit.

Accuracy

The maths follows the overtime and subsistence rates you set up in the app. Rates and rules can change, and reading a photo is not perfect, so check the figures before you rely on them.

Free use and Aireva Pro

You can scan up to 5 shifts for free each month. After that, unlimited scanning needs Aireva Pro, a single annual subscription that unlocks the pro features of both AirevaHours and AirevaCerts. Exporting your figures stays free.

Subscription terms

Aireva Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through your Apple App Store account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown at purchase.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings, not in the app.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We do not process payments and cannot see or charge your card.

App Store terms

AirevaHours is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's EULA differ, Apple's EULA applies to the licence for the app itself.

Your content

Your roster, shifts and figures are stored on your device. You are responsible for the device you use and for keeping your own backups if you want them.

Liability

AirevaHours is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the app, including any pay figure copied from it. You are responsible for checking what you submit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continued use of the app means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
