Your certs, your CPD, your registration. All of it stays on your phone.
AirevaCerts has no accounts, no servers and no tracking. Your certificates, CPD log, registration details, photos and attached documents are stored on your device. They never leave your phone.
Everything the app keeps is held locally on your device:
There is no login, so we hold no name, email or password for you.
Nothing. AirevaCerts includes no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers. We receive no data from the app.
Expiry and renewal reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your phone. They do not go through any server. If you decline notification permission, the rest of the app works as normal.
If you attach a photo or PDF of a certificate, it is stored on your device alongside the rest of your record. It is not uploaded anywhere. If you use the share feature to send a document or your PDF report somewhere, that goes wherever you choose to send it, through Apple's share sheet.
AirevaCerts offers an optional subscription, Aireva Pro, which unlocks the pro features of both AirevaCerts and AirevaHours. Payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your card details. Apple shares aggregate sales data with us, not your identity. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store settings.
If you email support, we see your message and your email address so we can reply. We use that only to answer you.
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it. You stay in control of it at all times.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
