The terms you agree to when you use AirevaCerts.

Using AirevaCerts

AirevaCerts helps you keep your own record of your certificates, CPD hours and PHECC registration, and reminds you before things expire. By using the app you agree to these terms.

A record, not the register

AirevaCerts is a personal record-keeping aid. It is not an official PHECC system, it does not submit anything to PHECC, and it does not renew anything for you. You remain responsible for your own registration, renewals and CPD compliance. Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee, so do not rely on the app as your only safeguard against a lapse.

Accuracy

Dates, statuses and CPD totals are worked out from what you enter. If a date goes in wrong, the status and the reminders will be wrong with it. Check the record against your actual certificates and registration before you rely on it.

Free use and Aireva Pro

You can track up to 5 certificates for free. Unlimited certificates, smart reminders, the audit PDF report, pace insights and document attachments need Aireva Pro, a single annual subscription that unlocks the pro features of both AirevaCerts and AirevaHours.

Subscription terms

Aireva Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through your Apple App Store account.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically each year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown at purchase.
  • You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings, not in the app.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We do not process payments and cannot see or charge your card.

App Store terms

AirevaCerts is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's EULA differ, Apple's EULA applies to the licence for the app itself.

Your content

Your certificates, CPD log, photos and attached documents are stored on your device. You are responsible for the device you use and for keeping your own backups if you want them.

Liability

AirevaCerts is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the app, including any lapse of a certificate or registration. You are responsible for your own professional compliance. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continued use of the app means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
